Meet Dr Karen Silva (Dentist)
With more than a decade of experience, Dr Karen is steadfastly committed to providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. Her gentle, precise touch ensures that every patient receives comfortable, high-quality treatment at Morton Dental. Whether she’s providing preventative care to help patients enjoy peak oral health or cosmetic dentistry that allows them to achieve a picture-perfect smile, Dr Karen is committed to getting outstanding results.
Education and Professional Development
Dr Karen, a native Portuguese speaker, earned her dental degree from FUNEC, Santa Fé do Sul, São Paulo, Brazil, in 2010. She registered in Australia in 2021 as a qualified general dentist. Her experience extends beyond general dentistry; she is trained in anti-wrinkle treatments and facial therapeutic injectables.
In September 2023, she completed the following course: “Therapeutic Uses of Botulinum Toxin” with the Australian Dental Association Queensland. Additionally, Dr Karen has a passion for providing front fillings and performing root canals.

When she’s not caring for patients’ smiles, Dr Karen loves dancing, especially Brazilian samba. She also enjoys going to the beach with friends and family and playing footvolley. With a passion for giving back to those in need, Dr Karen has volunteered in underprivileged communities in Brazil, an experience that has been deeply rewarding for her.
